Admission Procedure

Davao Medical School Foundation Admission Requirements

  • 10th Mark sheet
  • 12th Mark sheet (The minimum qualifying marks that makes a candidate eligible is 50% aggregate in the majors of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.)
  • Passport Copy
  • NEET Score Card

The following documents should be scanned and emailed to info@sunlightedu.in to get your admission confirmation from Davao Medical School Foundation.

  • Once your documents are qualified to get admission from Davao Medical School Foundation you will receive a confirmation email with NOA (Notice of Acceptance) attached to it.
  • Students who wish to study abroad need to apply for NEET in India.
  • Application processing time in Davao Medical School Foundation will take 3 to 5 working days to issue Notice of Acceptance.
  • All documents including certificates, mark sheets, etc. should be provided.
  • Parents bank statement with 2 to 5 lakh rupees balance must be provided along with a support affidavit that they will take care of their son/daughter fees to university throughout their education must be provided. These will undergo an attestation and red-ribboning process. The following documents are Supposed to be submitted for red ribbon process to University Admission office Sunlight Overseas Educare, Chennai

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RED RIBBION PROCESS

The following documents are supposed to be submitted to Davao Medical School Foundation Admission Office (SUNLIGHT OVERSEAS EDUCARE), Chennai for further process.

  • Birth Certificate ( English Version)
  • 10th Pass Certificates & Mark sheet
  • 11th Pass Certificates & Mark sheet
  • 12th Pass Certificates & Mark sheet
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Passport
  • Police Clearance Certificate(PCC) from Passport Office Only
  • Affidavit of No Objection And Financial Support for Education in Philippines duly signed by the Parents & attested by Notary public in 100 Rupees Stamp Paper and Affidavit support in green sheet.
  • Blood-Group
  • Serology- HIV (1&2) & HBSAG& HCV
  • Hematology
  • Urine
  • Photos for Philippines Visa.
  • 2 Inch X 2 Inch size – white background– 10nos
  • Passport size White background photo with name – 10nos
  • Affidavit Financial Undertaking duly signed by Parents
  • CONSENT LETTER duly signed by Parents
  • Bank Statement (Last six months with minimum balance of Rs.2.5lakhs to Rs.5lakhs, on the date of statement, duly sealed and signed by the bank authority).
  • Xerox copy of i) Aadhaar ii) PAN Card of Student and Parents (Both Father & Mother with duly signed )
  • Community Certificate – English Version.
  • NEET Hall ticket &Result copy.
  • Medical Certificate: All Report Style in Letter Pad with Seal and Signature
  • Stool
  • X-ray- Film & Report
  • With NABH Report
